This webinar addresses one of the most difficult things a manager will have to do: delivering a difficult message. These messages can take many forms and need be delivered not only to poor performers; many times strong performers must hear a hard message so they can become their best... and allow the team to become its best.

As a business owner, you might also need to have difficult conversations with customers or clients.

This interactive session uses the analogy of three Wizard of Oz pilgrims - the Lion, the Scarecrow, and the Tin Man - to identify three main qualities that are necessary in these conversations: courage, brains, and heart. It also provides a clear structure for leading the conversations.

This is a high-participation session. Please come prepared to engage in conversation with video and audio on.
