A Business Plan is an essential ingredient for on-going success, no matter what stage you're in.

A business plan can help you:
  • Make critical decisions
  • Reduce risk
  • Prove viability of the business
  • Set goals
  • Secure funding
  • Focus your marketing efforts

In most cases the traditional, lengthy business plan collects dust in file folders or on a shelf. With the current economic times, small business owners are continually required to rethink their strategy. Enter our 2-page simplified business plan template. It simplifies your planning process and makes your plan a more dynamic business tool.

Highlights:
  • Week 1: Managing operations
  • Week 2: Organic and low-cost marketing
  • Week 3: Cash flow
  • Week 4: Goals and milestones

Participants will have the opportunity to submit their business plan to the instructor for private, personalized feedback through a complimentary, one-on-one business counseling session.

This class is intended for those who have already decided on a product or service.

Recordings will be provided to those who attend. You must attend all 4 classes to receive the full curriculum.

The WCEC will not issue refunds for classes with a fee. If you have any questions, please call our office at 973-507-9700 or email us at info@wcecnj.org before completing registration.
