The GrowthVenture™ series is our Level 2 educational program designed specifically for existing business-owners who are generating income and want to scale up their businesses. This is a 10-week course that we offer twice a year. In this course, you will:
- Analyze your current business situation
- Identify best growth opportunities
- Build budgets that support your business' visions & strategic plans
- Define ways to strengthen your organizations' products/services
- Determine best sales strategies for your market
- Define your needs for a management team and how to build one
- Discover operations systems needed to support a growing business
- Map your road to profitability and financial performance
- Implement revised business plans

How do I complete registration and pay?
When your interview is completed and if you are identified as a good candidate for the class, we will send you a link for payment. The investment in your business for this cohort at the GTRCC is $150. All are welcome to apply. Questions? Please email info@wcecnj.org.
